IRSzoom Mission Statement

The offices of IRSzoom offer the only real assistance in the country dedicated to seeing the IRS and other government personnel obey the law.While our staff and clients recognize the necessity of raising revenues by lawful taxation, we also recognize that this necessity has provisions in the law, and that the government, in meeting its exigencies, may not legitimately extend its activities beyond the limits of the law.

The offices of IRSzoom actively promote the study of the law and the assertion of one's rights in accordance with the law.We do not assist in the "protest" or "objection" to any tax legislated in law, income or otherwise. However, the offices of IRSzoom believe that many Internal Revenue Service (IRS) employees routinely misapply and illegally enforce the provisions of the federal income tax laws as they are actually written, and that the public must find a way to hold them within the law.To that end the offices of IRSzoom educate the public, shows in its document products what the federal tax laws actually say, and attempts to clarify the limitations of various tax laws as intended by Congress.

The offices of IRSzoom do not advocate or condone unlawful resistance, erroneous or frivolous protests, or other like improper actions. However, as law abiding citizens we will not tolerate illegal threats or intimidation of Americans by the government, or acts of violence or of an unlawful nature by government employees who exceed their authority under the law. The offices of IRSzoom have researched and developed pro se legal defenses to help prevent this, and to protect our client's Liberties and Property from these unauthorized attacks on them by our own "representative" government agencies.

The founders of IRSzoom believe that too many government bureaucrats have been relying on unlawful and un-American tactics, such as fear and intimidation, to keep the public "in line" in order to perpetuate their own private agendas not written in law.They have and continue to use the news media to plant stories suggesting that resistance is useless and reprisal is swift and financially painful. These "reminders" and a lifetime of conditioning make it difficult for most people to assert their rights. However, in today's times of extreme economic stress, the offices and staff of IRSzoom are acting to remove these fears from the minds of all Americans, and to provide them with affordable IRS correspondence response assistance, for any American who needs information and good assistance in dealing with the IRS and the federal tax laws.
